Once a Returns Form has been completed, and returned to us, we will provide authorisation for items to be returned to us in-conjunction with a Returns Number which should be written clearly on all outer packaging and should be quoted in all subsequent correspondence to us.
Upon receiving your Returns Number you are to arrange for the goods to be returned to us. All goods must be returned to us in a suitable condition and wherever possible in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
When the returned goods are received by us, they will be inspected and we will inform you of our findings within 10 days of our receipt of the goods.
Inline with our Terms & Conditions faulty items will qualify for a refund of carriage subject to proof of postage and a receipt for the amount paid is provided to us.
In returning un-wanted items we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking charge.
All refunds will be completed within 30 days of our notification that a return has been accepted by us.
