At Tectum Tiles we use a selection of the leading courier companies to ensure our products reach you in a timely fashion and in the same condition they left the warehouse. We always strive to ensure our delivery charges are as low as possible, so much so that we actually subsidise them ourselves to keep them as low as possible.
We operate a simple and fair structure for determining our delivery charges; costs are calculated dependent upon the quantity of boxes contained within a single order as follows:
All delivery costs will be itemised during the checkout process and clearly visible for you to see.
Orders received, during normal working hours (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm), will be processed within 24 hours. Orders received outside of normal working hours will be processed within 24hrs of the start of the next working day.
Due to the nature of our product and the extensive selection of finishes and bespoke products we have across our range the production of goods ordered is undertaken on an order by order basis. Dispatch of your order will be completed in the quickest time possible and subject to levels of demand at any given time within 7 days of receipt of payment.
Please allow 7 days for goods to be delivered via our Standard Delivery method, although in many cases this time scale is shorter. In some cases Standard delivery may take longer than 7 days. Once an order has been processed and dispatched by us we will notify you by email of an expected delivery date and where applicable any information allowing you to track your order.
Tectum Tiles are able to provide a Next Day Delivery option to certain parts of the UK subject to the availability of stock and accessible capacity within our delivery network. To arrange Next Day Delivery please discuss your requirements with our team who will be able to provide you with a bespoke costing.
